A couple swaps city life for the country, but their picturesque new hometown turns out to be just a little bit different from what they were expecting.

See if you can spot the 1955 MG TF 1500 the couple drive around in in this 1988 classic.

The Details

Gate opens at 6:45 PM and the movie starts around 7:45.

Concessions will be available before and during the movie (available for a small donation, or bring your own snacks).

There is limited parking for this event of around 15 smaller vehicles to enjoy the show, on a first come, first serve basis. An email will be sent to confirm your ticket for vehicle parking to the event. This is a great event for your classic MG (or other classic car)!

We will also have plenty of space for camping chair type seating up front. Bring your own chairs if you would like to join us, but without a vehicle.

PORTABLE FM RADIO IS REQUIRED!!!

The movie audio is broadcast on an FM station. To listen to the movie, you must bring an FM radio and tune to the station given. Vehicle radios are not recommended as this will drain your vehicle battery that you will need to start the car.

Upon parking, please do not run your vehicle.

Due to limited space, leaving during the movie will not be possible. If you know you’ll need to leave early, plan on parking on the street and bring seats to catch the flick from the camp chair seating area. Please be respectful of this limitation.

Event is weather dependent. If the event is cancelled, an email will be sent to the address provided on sign up.

If the event is cancelled for any other reason, attendees will be notified as soon as possible via email, text, or in-person.

The Safe House is not responsible for damage to person or property. Attendees assume all personal risk.

Children are welcomed, Husbands are tolerated, friends are encouraged.
